WANTED: Dump of the Driver-Test psychotechnical test for MSX, seen at some Spanish driving schools, model “AESE Driver Test N-845”.
Hoy he vuelto a renovar el carné de conducir y ya van unos pocos. ¿Seguirá teniendo un #Msx en su interior? #Driver-test… año 1988 y aún en funcionamiento pic.twitter.com/ob8gCWp4Pw

UPDATE: The ROM of the cartridge has been dumped by Manuel Pazos.
On the one hand, the ROM is not very well programmed and assumes that the computer’s RAM is in a certain slot/subslot. I guess they did this knowing that they were selling the cartridge with a couple of certain MSX models.
On the other hand, there is the hardware of the cartridge and the levers/pedals/buttons.
It’s been a few years now, but if I remember correctly, the cartridge had a couple of counters (ICs type 4040) connected to the cartridge’s clock signal. And the counter value was read through a port (#00?). So basically it was a timer. The levers I think functioned as paddles. And the pedals and push buttons were connected to the joystick directions/buttons.
But as I say, don’t take anything at face value, it’s been a long time since I’ve looked at it.
